Welcome to the La Sierra University Online Parking Management System. You may check on the status of a citation that you received, make a payment and/or file an appeal. Simply enter the citation number and follow the instructions. The system will guide you through the simple steps to complete the process.

La Sierra University is now using License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology for parking permits and parking enforcement in and around campus. Any vehicle parked on campus MUST be registered in our system otherwise a citation will be issued. Before registering your vehicle online you must have the following information ready:
1.) License plate number OR the last 5 numbers of your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
2.) Vehicle Color
3.) Vehicle Make
4.) Vehicle Model
5.) La Sierra ID card for Students and Employees

Please select from one of the headings below to register your vehicle and park on the La Sierra University:

Are you a new employee or student?

Are you a guest to La Sierra University requiring a 1 day parking permit or quarter length permit?

Are you attending an event at La Sierra University?

Are you a contractor/vendor new to La Sierra University?

Returning User, Active contractors

Do you want to submit an Appeal for a citation?

The owner and driver of the vehicle are both responsible for the parking citation and bear the burden of proof when contesting the citation.

Notice:Citation Appeals require specific evidence that would show that the citation was not valid and/or issued in violation of the La Sierra University Parking Regulations. The committee may accept statements into consideration, however statements admitting the offense may not be considered as evidence needed to overturn the citation. Each citation has pictures attached that are taken at the time the citation is issued. These pictures are entered as evidence to support the officer’s actions while enforcing the regulations. Overtime violations contain GPS time stamps, as well as pictures of the vehicle as the officers supporting evidence. To overturn these types of violations evidence needs to submitted that proves the vehicle was not on La Sierra University property at the time the citation was issued.
